About the Cohort
Leadership Twin Counties is your gateway to becoming one of our region's most informed, connected, and influential leaders. Over this eight-month cohort, participants gain insider access to the people, industries, and institutions shaping our community — from healthcare and higher education to local government, public safety, and business.
Whether you're new to the area or stepping into a leadership role, this cohort is one of the best ways to build meaningful relationships, deepen your understanding of the Twin Counties, and position yourself as a leader who makes a real impact.

- Monthly Sessions: March – October 2027

Cohort Investment
Tuition is $1,000, covering cohort materials, meals, and session expenses. Tuition may be covered by the participant, their employer, or a community sponsor.

Applications are due January 8, 2027. Selected applicants will be notified by January 30, 2027.
